We love looking after you but we have a couple of ideas to make that easier.
We love treating our amazing clients at Embellaire and we do so with the utmost professionalism that you deserve. We do have a couple of things that we would like to let you know that we classify under the banner of Salon Etiquette to make this a little easier for you, us and our other amazing clients in our salon. We don’t like to call these rules just some simple ideas to make your time with us wonderful – Salon Etiquette.
Mobile Phones
To ensure total comfort and relaxation of our entire salon clientele please ensure your mobile phone is turned off.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that some times you may need to change your appointment. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice, as someone else may wish to be scheduled in from our waiting list. If less than 24 hours notice is given a 50% charge may occur, non attendance may result in being charged the full price of the treatment.
